The Faculty of Management Sciences is recognised regionally, nationally and internationally for its relevant qualifications. The Faculty comprises of 12 academic departments that offers a variety of diplomas, such as Business Administration; Human Resources Management; Catering Management; Hospitality Management; Tourism Management; Business Law; Public Management with specialisation options in Supply Management, Disaster and Risk Management, Public Administration and Logistics Management; Marketing and Retail; Public Relations; Operations, and Ecotourism. These diplomas form the basis for students to progress to Advanced Diplomas, Post-graduate Diplomas, Masters and Doctorate qualifications. The Faculty of Management Sciences prides itself on established partnerships with local, national and international industries which allows our students access to technologically-driven, engaged, problem-based learning and curricula design. These principles of teaching and learning allows our students to integrate the principles of complex, real-world problems whilst developing knowledge and skills, instead of merely being presented with information. The Faculty of Management Sciences has also established international higher education partnerships, both on the African continent as well as in Europe and Asia. These collaborations allow for student-staff exchange programmes that promoted knowledge sharing and builds research ties. At the core of the Faculty of Management Sciences are our staff, both academic and support staff, who are passionate, dedicated and committed about higher education and providing learners with a student-centred experience.
