The Management & Leadership Academy (MLA) at ICESA is a private college in South Africa that offers accredited vocational and career-focused qualifications. It is provisionally registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training under the Continuing Education and Training Act No. 16 of 2006. The MLA is fully accredited by Umalusi and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), ensuring that its programs meet national standards for education and training.​
