The goal of our PROearth’s directors, Hardie Swanepoel and Janice Ramlutchman, is to not only educate the youth of South Africa but to put a high focus on the employability of students. By enrolling for an NCV qualification, part of the curriculum requires the students to complete experiential training (internships and apprenticeships), which helps build experience on their CV and prepares students to become functional workers in a skilled trade.
Students will be provided with the necessary student support mechanisms, the use of technological tools, exposure to the latest trends, and expertise in the different industries of their respective qualifications.
