SHALOM TECHNICAL COLLEGE (STC) is a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution established on the 27th of February 2013. We are registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
As a private Technical Vocational Education & Training College we perceive ourselves as an entity that has an active role to play in the Further Education and Training sphere in our nation South Africa. Our vision was birthed by the realization of the gap in the skills this nation requires if it is to produce technically skilled workers who will be able to significantly contribute to the enhancement of its economy. We understand the government’s imperative quest to develop a skilled and capable workforce for the enhancement of the economy hence our keen interest to partner with government in promoting skills development in South Africa. As a College we perceive ourselves to be one of such TVETs that are strategically placed to impart our young people with those practical skills and knowledge that will give them the competitive edge they need in order to excel.
