Overview

Ikhala Public TVET College (Ikhala College) was formed on 1 April 2002 through the merging of a number of previous Technical Colleges. Currently Ikhala College is serving the communities of the Northern Region of the Eastern Cape

Ikhala TVET College's primary reason for existence is our core business which is to provide quality vocational and occupational education and training to all. The name of our college is derived from the indigenous plant in our area which is used in many instances as a medicine/herb. We are therefore an educational remedy to all educational ailments in the catchment area we serve.
