Majuba TVET College is one of South Africa's 50 public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges, operating under the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Based in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal, the College serves the Amajuba and Umzinyathi District Municipalities, providing industry-focused education that supports regional and national economic development.
The College operates seven campuses across Newcastle, Madadeni and Dundee, offering National Certificate (Vocational) [NC(V)] programmes, Report 191 (NATED) programmes (N1–N6), apprenticeships, learnerships, skills programmes and Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO)-accredited occupational qualifications. It also provides specialised engineering and agricultural training through the Majuba Technology Centre.
Working closely with industry, Majuba equips students with practical, job-ready skills for sectors such as engineering, mining, manufacturing, agriculture and textiles.
