Vuselela TVET College is one of three public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges in the North West Province. Established in 2002 through the merger of four former technical colleges as part of the national transformation of the TVET sector, the College has grown into a leading institution committed to providing quality vocational and occupational education and training.
Operating under the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), Vuselela TVET College offers a diverse range of National Certificate (Vocational) [NC(V)], NATED (Report 191), occupational, skills development and artisan training programmes that are aligned with industry needs and national development priorities. The College places strong emphasis on practical, career-focused education, equipping students with the technical knowledge, skills and workplace competencies required for employment, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning.
Through partnerships with industry, government, Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) and other stakeholders, Vuselela TVET College promotes work-integrated learning, innovation and community development. The College remains committed to producing skilled graduates who contribute meaningfully to economic growth and the socio-economic development of the North West Province and South Africa.
